Dryland Training 2012-2013
Our Dryland program is based on a combination of cross fit and plyometrics. It is important to gain muscle strength and maintain it to prevent injury. Come out and join us and get in shape!Dry-land training is starting up again at the Tahoe Center for Health and Sports Performance in Tahoe City! This year we will be joining forces with the big mountain team, including their trainer.  We will be starting Nov. 5th then contunuing every Monday/Tuesday/Thursday from 5:30-7:30 for the next couple months (minus Thanksgiving and Christmas). The training will be in Tahoe City at 925 North Lake Blvd. behind Sawtooth Ridge Cafe in the back corner of the parking lot upstairs, look for the Tahoe Forest Physical Therapy and Lab Draw sign. It is across the parking lot from where is was held last year, in a new bigger facility. This year we do have to charge a nominal fee of $20-25 for participating, as we now have a trainer and a brand new big space.
When: Monday/ Tuesday/ Thursday 5:30-7:30pm
Where: Tahoe Center for Health and Sports Performance in Tahoe City

High Five Jake Hickman!

Picture
As many of you may know, one of our local athletes, Jake Hickman, was severely injured during a practice run at US Selections in Steamboat, CO this past December. In an effort to help Jake and his family, we have teamed up with the HighFives Non-Profit Foundation to help raise money for his rehabilitation. Any donations are greatly appreciated!
